Bath City Break

Long weekend in Bath - returned with  daisy - bedecked linen table cloth  and a 1950's Sears Comfort Coat which I can wear to do the houseworking - honest! - both purchased from Anne King at 38 Belvedere, Lansdown Rd Bath BA1 5HR. An inspiring selection of vintage fabric and textiles.
First taste of Eggs Benedict for breakfast at the Adventure Cafe on George St (yum) and into the Rostra and Rooksmoor Galleries (also on George St) www.rostragallery.co.uk to look at original prints including Peter Blake and Michael Storey Bronze Hares.  
Another day and with family in tow off to Alice Park play area and Cafe for coffee - plenty of room for kids to run around ( www.alicepark.co.uk) - All in all a great stay with George and Lucy our Bath chums (big up!)
