Sketchbook work - Hale Anemones

When I am in Cornwall and its the right time of year I always buy a great big bunch of Anemones - I love the colours, texture and smell of them (which is not a floral scent more like mushrooms!)  Anyway this bunch from Hale were real beauties - I did this quick sketch using watercolours, pentel brush pen with black ink in the new concertina sketchbook.

    I love this Laura, and so does my mum. You need to do this as a print please, even if it's two exclusives for me and Mum! :-)

    Bella and Maggie thanks for the positive feedback on this sketchbook post - I will set to work on some drawn & painted anemone themed pieces/
    ... perhaps i could get some ready for my Christmas Markets!
