I started an new design recently for a small print featuring three separate plates. This image of green shapes described the negative space in what was a figurative composition. It got me thinking about changing direction to involve further abstraction and more experimentation. One idea would be to turn this plate upside down and print it in a different colour like this....
I will put them up in my house now and look at them out of the corner of my eye a bit and see where it takes me next...
